Following up from the discussion in Engage, I'm submitting the pull request for it.

Tote that there were two changes since that post.

  1. It was discovered that the database files were not stored in the same place as they are when downloaded via the VS extension. That was corrected.
  2. Add in the boilerplate description that gets created on the config files.
