This will always return true as DWT is built for the platform it's running on, whereas SWT can be run on platforms which don't match the bundled .JAR file.

BTW, what's the reason to work on the 4.7 branch instead of master? |

It was the conclusion we reached in #98 — master is for bug/compiler fixes while 4.7 is for working towards SWT 4.7.3. |

SWT.dto match SWT 4.7.3.I also added a
package.dfororg.eclipse.swtso we can begin replacing.allwith a proper package file (ref).
