Please Download or clone the scrcpy from the github and follow the steps: https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy For Windows, for simplicity, prebuilt archives with all the dependencies (including adb) are available:

Run (Windows)

1. Extract Scrcpy-win(*)-v1.11.zip 
2. double click on andmirror.bat

Ubuntu Setup For SCRCPY

It will automatically install the package when you run andmirror.sh file   

Run (Ubuntu)

1. cd {DOWNLOAD DIR}/andmirror/
2. chmod +x 755 andmirror.sh
3. ./andmirror.sh
