Pull request overview
Updates the CI test workflow to derive an environment (dev/staging/prod) from the Git ref (including rc tags) and to load/install environment-specific dependencies accordingly.
Changes:
- Added a
compute_versionjob that outputs anenvvalue used by downstream jobs. - Updated 1Password secret paths to be environment-dependent and made loading
PIP_EXTRA_INDEX_URLconditional for non-prod. - Switched
cyborgdb-serviceinstallation to come from package indexes (Cloudsmith for dev/staging, PyPI for prod), rather than installing from a checked-out repo.
