Overview
Fixes the new user onboarding flow to work with auth. I was dumb and forgot to fix it already as a part of #69.
Changes Made
Handles 403 error now to navigate to onboarding when a 403 is returned as specified by this doc.
Also corrects the response to match swagger docs.
