I commented out the other menu code, but I feel we should leave it in for easy reversal. |

Overview
Changed the current implementation of Dining Hall Menus from iterating through linear layouts to using a RecyclerView. Only style issue is the lines that appear at every element instead of just between menu items (not categories and menu items)

Fix the line issue described above.
