Added validation for referral form so it can't be submitted with empty fields.
Added an interactive pop-up that displays the errors when submitting a referral, if there are any.
Added received option for referral status.
Added functionality so that when we edit a referral, only the referral status is changeable; all other fields are disabled.
Added a new icon for referral notifications to the navbar. This icon takes us to a new page that only displays notifications that are related to referrals.
Added a counter for the notifications and the referral notification icons so we know how many unread notifications we have.
