This will allow me to test the new task.
Note that the negative case can't tested on Chrome driver. It always waits "implicitly" (not to be confused with a Selenium implicit wait) for the page load to occur before it returns control to the driver. Even if I used an arbitrarily too-short timeout, the test case never fails.
It now waits for the element to become stale, as v1.x used to.
