When I install eman2 through conda, i.e. "conda create -n eman2 eman-dev -c cryoem -c conda-forge" and activate the environment, I can't run sphire.
Upon investigation, it turns out that two symbolic links in eman2/bin are broken.
sphire -> sp_gui.py
sp_sparx -> sp_sx.py
