Fixes error in ct typo3:beuser: ERROR 1366 (22007) at line 1: Incorrect integer value: '' for column db.be_users.uid at row 1
Streamlines the reading of DB credentials with other commands such as ct share:restore --mysql and ct sync --mysql
Fixes: ct typo3:version
Updates available crypto methods (removes md5*)
Removes two obsolete commands: ct typo3:domain and ct typo3:clearcache
