Summary

• Split the single paid SKU into Pro (human builder seat: US$29/mo or US$240/yr) and Agent Pass (US$12 per agent / month, adjustable quantity in Checkout).
• New checkout paths use Stripe lookup_keys sak_pro_monthly, sak_pro_yearly, and sak_agent_pass_monthly. Legacy agent_pass_pro_* keys stay out of new purchase flows (grandfather only).
• Redesigned /pricing to four columns (Free / Pro / Agent Pass / Enterprise), synced home teaser + FAQ + llms.txt + billing/CRM copy, and corrected Agent Factory/Store labels that previously said “Agent Pass” for Pro features.

Stripe (blocking publish)

• Live Stripe products/prices for these lookup keys do not exist yet. Create them before publishing this branch.
• Until then, Checkout will fail with a lookup-key miss (price not found / effectively a 404 on resolution).
• Do not create or mutate live Stripe objects from this PR; code only resolves via stripe.prices.list({ lookup_keys }).

Test plan

• npm test — pass (including new tests/pricing-copy.test.ts)
• npm run build — pass
• After creating Stripe prices: smoke Pro monthly/yearly Checkout (plan=Pro)
• Smoke Agent Pass Checkout with quantity ≥1 and adjustable quantity (plan=AgentPass)
• Confirm admin payments health probes sak_pro_monthly (and Agent Pass key)
