Removes unused layouts that need happenings improvements

IMPORTANT: Requires [Media] Series Page to be deployed to production before merging

Problem

We need to convert Happenings (aka Promos) to use Contentful Tags instead of the Target Audience (Asana Task). The Locations and Series are part of crds-unified. Outside of that the remaining Happenings references do not rely on.

Solution

Deleted the following layouts + any unused partials

• Anywhere (Location)
• Established (Location)
• Frontier (Location)
• Location Detail
• Series Detail
