Summary

  • add bootstrap helpers, encoder registration, and CLI configuration warnings so optional dependencies no longer block startup
  • extend MeshMind, the storage pipeline, and the Memgraph driver to manage registries, CRUD APIs, and triplet persistence with supporting tests
  • refresh the OpenAI embedding adapter, predicate registry utilities, and TODO checklist to reflect the new capabilities

Testing

  • pytest (fails: missing numpy/pydantic packages in the execution environment)
