Summary

  • introduce ROADMAP, PLANNING_THOUGHTS, and research/overview docs to capture strategy, decision context, and competitor insights alongside the existing source-of-truth materials
  • add configurable maintenance retry controls and exponential backoff to meshmind/tasks/scheduled.py with supporting configuration, docs, and telemetry updates
  • extend pytest coverage with REST/CLI smoke tests for /memories/counts plus retry-focused consolidation tests while refreshing README, docs, and planning files
