docs: add trends and insights to Metrics page

Updates docs for continuedev/remote-config-server#3109

That PR adds period-over-period trend comparisons and human-readable insights to the Metrics dashboard.

Changes

• Added Trends and Insights section to mission-control/metrics.mdx
  • Documents trend indicators (↑↓−) with directional arrows
  • Documents percentage change displays
  • Documents human-readable insight text (e.g., "Agent activity increased by 44%")
  • Documents sentiment-based coloring (green/red/gray)
  • Added table explaining tracked metrics and what constitutes a positive trend
  • Documented the 5% threshold for trend classification
• Updated page description to mention trends
• Added two new cards to "Why Metrics Matter" section
