@containers/podman-maintainers @timcoding1988 with Fedora 44 coming out soon, I think we should be looking at enabling F44 jobs and getting rid of F42 jobs on main, and thus allow Go 1.25.0 enforcement. On debian, Go 1.25 does seem to be available on debian testing (14). |

f42 will get rebased to go 1.25, we already test rawhide so I dont see much value adding f44 which AFAIK is problematic with our automation images as they are no official cloud images until the release containers/automation_images#434 might pick up the new go already I hope |

anyway there is no rush to get this or other go 1.25 version deps merged so far |
