- Fixed _fpa_form_utils.js to use JSON.parse() for data attributes (jQuery .data() may not parse HTML-escaped JSON correctly) - Added null check for big_select_hash before calling $.big_select - Added null guard in big_select.js set_hash function - Changed CSP from report-only to enforcement mode
