Add support for serverless framework v4

This plugin is used by many of our users and would be great to see it supporting v4 as well.

@eahefnawy @bfaulk96 did you confirm that it's working before merging this change? It looks like the plugin is broken when used with V4. The swagger handlers are not included in the uploaded artifacts when deploying to AWS causing an Internal Server Error.

i found a fix for this
currently generated swagger folder is not getting included in the serverless build
so with the below config in serverless yaml file it is fixed

package:
  patterns:
    - swagger/*

with this generated swagger folder will be included in the build
