Minor changes to enable automatic building

I've integrated otrs.packagemanager.pl into a Jenkins CI system with some custom scripts.
After building the packages are added to an OTRS repository. For details see http://opmzone.org, there is also an opm to add this repository to OTRS to use it via the admin interface.
