convnext arm of the muP scaling study, on the lr_mult machinery from #10.
muP group is backbone matmuls only at lr_mult 256/w, readout via output_mult, wd anchors 3e-2 (vit anchors 0.0125, one anchor or two is reviewer call). sweep configs reuse the vit sweep schedule. w256 109M, w2048 5570M, pattern matches 75 backbone params.
