Add reasoning_effort field to LLMClientCompletionRequest
This PR adds a new field called
reasoning_effortto theLLMClientCompletionRequeststruct, which can be set to Low, Medium, or High. The field is implemented as an enumReasoningEffortwith these three variants.Changes
