Add a plugins parameter that installs Marketplace plugins via the RemoteDev server once Toolbox has provisioned the IDE, and document usage in the module README.

Testing note: I didn't have a RemoteDev server in this environment, so I couldn't execute the plugin install script end-to-end. The script exits cleanly if RemoteDev isn't present and installs plugins once it is. Happy to adapt if you want a different install trigger. |
