What

Moves the Demos section (the Codex/Claude agent videos) up from section 11 of 16 — where it sat after the "Where it came from" backstory — to right after "What you'd use it for", before Quickstart.

Why

The agent demos are the single strongest proof of what the tool does (real Codex/Claude TUIs discovering the skill, driving nvim, exporting artifacts), but they were buried behind a section most readers never scroll to. Surfacing them high lands them exactly when a skeptical reader is asking "does this actually work with a real agent?"

New top-of-README flow:

hero GIF → intro → What you'd use it for → Demos → Quickstart → Why not tmux… → Watch sessions live → How it works → Where it came from → Command surface

Notes

  • Pure move — demo copy, video embeds, and the #demos anchor are unchanged, so any inbound links still resolve.
  • "Where it came from" previously led into the demos; its closing line is self-contained (no "see below"), so it reads fine as a section ending with the demos gone — no edit needed there.
  • Two things worth eyeballing in the rendered result:
    • Demos now sit before Quickstart, so the caption's "discovering the agent-tty skill" appears before the skill mechanism is explained later. Descriptive prose, so likely fine.
    • The top third now has three media blocks (autoplay hero GIF + two click-to-play video posters). Worth confirming that reads as intentional rather than dead space.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Relocate the Demos section from after "Where it came from" (section 11
of 16) to right after "What you'd use it for", before Quickstart. The
agent demos are the strongest proof of the tool but were buried behind a
backstory section most readers never scroll to.

New top-of-README flow lands them right when a reader is asking "does
this actually work with a real agent?":

hero GIF -> intro -> What you'd use it for -> Demos -> Quickstart

Pure move: demo copy, videos, and the #demos anchor are unchanged.
