Fix SpotBugs UWF_FIELD_NOT_INITIALIZED_IN_CONSTRUCTOR warnings

This PR addresses the UWF_FIELD_NOT_INITIALIZED_IN_CONSTRUCTOR warnings from SpotBugs by adding necessary initialization and null checks.

Key changes:

• Charts: Initialized transition arrays and cache series in XYMultiSeriesTransition, XYSeriesTransition, and XYValueSeriesTransition. Added safety check in XYChart.
• Components: Added null checks in InfiniteScrollAdapter and FaceBookAccess.
• IO: Added safety checks in NetworkManager, WebServiceProxyCall, Inflate, Tree, and RequestBuilder.
• UI: Added null checks and initialization logic in Component, FontImage, SideMenuBar, AnimationObject, CommonTransitions, MorphTransition, GroupLayout, StyleParser, Node, DateSpinner, SwipeBackSupport, PreferencesObject, and ShareService.
• Build: Updated .github/scripts/generate-quality-report.py to promote this warning to an error.
