Summary

route all desktop Quit Completely actions through a shared quit path
remove the current AFS desktop launchd job before exiting so launchd does not relaunch it
keep launchd removal scoped to AFS desktop labels and add test coverage

Tests

cargo test -p afs-desktop
cargo build -p afs-desktop --release
