Welcome to Musicify! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Musicify Discord bot and related services (the "Service"), provided by musicify-dev ("we," "us," or "our").
By inviting, accessing, or using Musicify in your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
- Eligibility: You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service to use Musicify.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Musicify to stream, broadcast, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise violates Discord's Community Guidelines.
- Availability: We strive to keep Musicify online 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be taken offline for maintenance or updates without prior notice.
- Third-Party Platforms: Musicify interacts with third-party audio platforms (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud). By using Musicify, you acknowledge that your access to content may be subject to the terms of service of those respective platforms.
- Commands and Logs: When you interact with Musicify, we process your commands to provide the Service.
- Server Information: Musicify accesses basic server information necessary to function (e.g., voice channel states, text channel permissions).
- Privacy: Our data collection and usage practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Musicify is an open-source project. The source code is available on GitHub at codebymitch/Musicify. You may view, fork, and modify the code in accordance with its open-source license. The Musicify branding, logos, and custom assets remain the property of musicify-dev.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, musicify-dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
