…or easy removal once the deprecation period ends.

Updated! I only added the response models, as I don't believe that a user needs to interact with the request models, so those are internal-only. |

More clearly mark deprecated APIs as deprecated in documentation.
This PR also adds the v2 watchlist APIs to the SDK and CLI.
Resolves #129
