Adds support for PDF417, which is a dense 2D barcode type
Required adding three arguments to _barcode_config() to support row and column counts as well as truncation yes/no. I reused existing arguments height, orientation, and errorCorrection which are also necessary for this barcode type.
It prints a sample barcode on the test label in main
