Added GenEWevent to the input collections, which reconstructs the particle level W/Z Bosons needed for the EW Theory Reweighting according to https://link.springer.com/article/10.1140%2Fepjc%2Fs10052-017-5389-1.
In addition, an optional Processor is added, which writes the according Weights into NTuples.
Optional, because this can also be implemented on Plotskript level.
