The current ATE STDF log includes V4-2007.1 Records such as STR/PSR, and I'm hoping pystdf can support them as well. I've extended V4.py to encompass the format details of VUR/STR/PSR/NMR. I began experimenting with this around 2020, and it's been working quite well till now.
