advanced robot diagnostics. Sergi will share the purpose of the company and show
some of the capabilities of the software, to add to the group's research of
Logging & Observability.

The group then had time to ask follow-up questions, including what big takeaways
INSAION had from customer conversations, and how to maintain a log of previous
resolutions to apply to future issues.
