## 2025-07-28: Trying Out Heex and Discussing Anomaly Detection (Upcoming)
## 2025-08-11: Arun Venkatadri and Shouheng Yi present Bagel (Upcoming)

In this meeting, the group plans to try out the tech demo from Heex
Technologies, which is available from [their website](https://www.heex.io/). We
will gather feedback to send back to the company, and also use the knowledge
gained from the demo to further our discussion on anomaly detection, which has
emerged as a crucial topic when discussing Logging & Observability.
In this meeting, guest speakers
[Arun Venkatadri](https://www.linkedin.com/in/arunvenkatadri/) and
[Shouheng Yi](https://www.linkedin.com/in/shouhengyi/) have agreed to present
a new open source project called [Bagel](https://github.com/shouhengyi/bagel).
*While both speakers are key members of
[Model-Prime](https://www.model-prime.com/), the Bagel project is not affiliated
with Model-Prime.*

If you'd like to try out the offering from Heex, or you're interested in
discussing anomaly detection further, please come and join us!
Bagel lets you chat with your robotics data by using AI to search through
recorded data. This is particularly relevant given the group has recently been
researching Logging & Observability in preparation to write a community guide on
the same subject.

Our speakers will talk about the project and its purpose, as well as
demonstrating some of the features it has available, before taking questions.

If you're interested to hear more about how AI can interact with robot data,
come along and hear more for yourself!

## 2025-07-28: Trying Out Heex and Discussing Anomaly Detection

In this meeting, the group signed up for an account on the [Heex Technologies
website](https://www.heex.io/) to test out the services provided. We read
through the different features of the service, including creating a new robot,
then worked through the accompanying documentation to generate fake high
velocity events. The group then visualised the events with the service, learning
more about how the triggers worked in the process.
