Removes [json5](https://github.com/json5/json5). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [json5](https://github.com/json5/json5), [copy-webpack-plugin](https://github.com/webpack-contrib/copy-webpack-plugin) and [exports-loader](https://github.com/webpack-contrib/exports-loader). These dependencies need to be updated together.
