Resolves #15
This isn't the latest version of Wrangler, but should be the minimum version this change applies to. The binding name was changed in a pull request released in 1.14.0.
The package-lock.json changes are in split commits in case a general dependency update is unwanted, so it can be reverted without reverting updates for the vulnerable packages.
