What

  • Added Terraform plan execution using dflook/terraform-plan
  • Terraform plan output is now automatically posted as a PR comment for visibility during review

Why

  • Improves review experience by showing infra changes directly in the PR
  • Eliminates the need to check workflow logs for Terraform plan details
  • Helps reviewers validate changes before apply
