Details:
The license text at both versions 5.1.0 and 5.2.4 is the Amazon Software License, matching ScanCode's amazon-sl identifier. The only difference from the ScanCode template is 'Amazon Web Services, Inc.' vs 'Amazon Web Services LLC' in Section 3.3 (entity reincorporation). All substantive license terms are identical.
