@freshtonic thanks for this.
I have fixed up GitHub Actions to run on this repo.
However, all of the checks now fail.
I have addressed the problems causing the checks to fail in #31. The fixes in #31 introduce massive churn into this codebase, so we should be very intentional about whether we do that or not.
Allow empty_line_after_outer_attr, large_enum_variant, and unnecessary_unwrap to minimise source divergence from the upstream sqlparser-rs fork.

dtolnay/rust-toolchain@stable downloads have been intermittently 404ing from Azure-hosted runners. actions-rust-lang/setup-rust-toolchain is actively maintained and includes built-in caching, so the separate Swatinem/rust-cache step is no longer needed.
