Getting closer to a more mature version of the library. Optimizations in book pages computation introduced. Lots of minor adjustments and simplifications.

Secondary release 0.2

Getting closer to a mature library. Added rar support based on external library, and improved tools. Releasing un-minified, since the minified version does not seem to work on every browser.

Initial release 0.1

This is the initial release of the library. A lot of details and debugging is still necessary before this is production ready, but the library now contains all the main desired functionality and can be used for the demo page.
