Passed the Radius constant from Backend to Frontend for rendering

Added Portions to make the game more interesting also displayed the effect of portions on the client side
"One can get only one portion at a time" this is current rule for the game

Fix the conflict for the merge.
To change any player related setting like speed or radius, change the constants in the backend.js file
It will update all the backend as well as frontend. No need to change the static value
