* Define test macros to abstract the test framework. Different platform can make use of these macros to adapt to their platform.
* Update template test case to reduce test setting macros. * Adding a board example which make use of template FreeRTOS port
* Add configTARGET_TEST_USE_CUSTOM_SETTING for board to include test_setting_config.h to customize the test framework.
