Summary

This PR adds comprehensive documentation about Chef Workstation's component repositories and updates the architecture description to reflect its modular nature.

Changes

• Added Component Repositories section to the main page with a detailed table listing all Chef Workstation components, their source repositories, and Habitat package names
• Updated installation page to reference the new component repositories documentation and mention the chef-workstation repository as the packaging plan maintainer
• Improved Chef Workstation description in reusable content to clarify that components are distributed as modular Chef Habitat packages with independent repositories
