- Remove --with-pcre flag that was trying to build PCRE2 from source - Add proper compiler and linker flags to use pre-built PCRE2 package - Include PCRE2 headers path in --with-cc-opt - Link against libpcre2-8 in --with-ld-opt This resolves the build failure where configure script was not found in the PCRE2 package directory.
