ko build -B --tags=latest sigs.k8s.io/karpenter/kwokis failing in #276 because setup-go installs Go 1.25.0 according to ourgo.mod, while the karpenter repo cloned bykorequires Go 1.25.3 to build.This pull request fixes that by adding
toolchaindirective to ourgo.modso that (hopefully)setup-goinstalls Go 1.25.3, which can build both this project and kwok.
