You can easily install FFmpegPHP via PEAR framework:

$ sudo pear channel-discover pear.codescale.net

$ sudo pear install codescale/FFmpegPHP2

or download package from github.com:

$ wget http://github.com/char0n/ffmpeg-php/tarball/master
