Enhances the `Country` class by adding type hints for the `code` attribute, implementing comparison and equality methods, and introducing a new property for `name`. This improves type safety and usability of the class. Implements: cex-solutions#91
This change adds missing `phonenumbers` package in develop to have `mypy` pass out-of-the-box. Implements: cex-solutions#91
