Make widget usage glance text-first

Summary

• Replace decorative widget gauges/markers with text-first usage, reset, and confidence copy.
• Show actual provider/account/window labels in widget rows and previews instead of abstract tightest/shape cues.
• Add tightest-limit details to provider summaries so collapsed provider rows represent the real worst window.
• Align the in-app widget preview with the WidgetKit layout language.

Validation

• scripts/commit-gate.sh passed with 62 tests.
• xcodegen generate --spec project.yml succeeded.
• xcodebuild -project ContextPanel.xcodeproj -scheme ContextPanel -configuration Debug -destination 'platform=macOS' -allowProvisioningUpdates build succeeded.
• Launched the native Debug app and visually sanity-checked the widget previews.
