Summary
Code changes to include a script to deploy a mainnet subgraph into Alchemy's Satsuma service. Additionally, I removed all scripts related to the Graph API service and updated the
yarn.lockfile to exclude Eligibility dependencies. The package was removed on PR #39I am also forcing the CI to be Ubuntu v22.04 as Matchstick dropped support for linux-20, causing the CI here to fail on a 404

PS: I think the next steps would be to automate deployment on
