Pull request overview
This PR fixes broken RFC documentation links by converting relative paths to absolute GitHub URLs. The relative links (../rfcs/...) were failing when the documentation was included via the mkdocs-monorepo plugin in the main documentation site.
Changes:
- Updated RFC-006 link from relative path to GitHub URL
- Updated RFC-007 link from relative path to GitHub URL

This fixes the broken RFC links in the documentation that were causing the capiscio-docs CI to fail in strict mode.
The relative links
../rfcs/...don't resolve correctly when the docs are included via mkdocs-monorepo plugin in the main documentation site.Changed to external GitHub URLs to ensure links work in all contexts.
