security@ubuntu.com PGP key has been rotated. Please see this section on the Ubuntu wiki. The old and the new key have been cross-signed and uploaded to the Ubuntu keyserver.
In the future, it might be worth referring directly to the corresponding section in the Ubuntu disclosure policy page (please note that we're in the process of updating the key there).
