Update the NW CFS crest images

Let me know if the references have to be updated anywhere else, didn't build or run the app to test locally.

That's probably fine for now, it looks a bit better with the extra spacing added by the new images in my opinion (minus the two badges that weren't updated, but that's not the end of the world).

Another question for you though, should we change Gimli Cadet Flying Training Centre to Brandon Cadet Flying Training Centre since that's where the CFTC for Northwest is as of last year?

@huguesf we can proceed without making that change, if we even have a CFTC in NW this year it would be in Netook and a last minute thing.
